Mr. Havas concentrates his practice on personal injury and employee law. A firm believer in fair-play, he feels every individual, regardless of their station in life, deserves all the help they can get to guarantee fairness.

In his experience with personal injury cases, he believes insurance companies often underestimate the degree to which a person is injured and will do what they can to get out of paying what a victim deserves.

Likewise, in employment law, he feels employers often take unfair advantage of its employees. Many employers view employees as a disposable commodity rather than as a valuable asset."

Mr. Havas is married to Sandy and they have four grown children and fourteen grandchildren. His hobbies are snow skiing, biking and hiking and helping people get justice.
